We collect your name, email address, phone number(s), address, company, department, job function, industry, organizational memberships, and geographic region to create a Meridian at Providence account. We also process and store data associated with training assignments, including scores on assessments you undertake, data associated with your registration for content such as webcasts and Summits, and data associated with your use of content provided by our websites.

Meridian at Providence acts in accordance with its duties under the law and will never discriminate against a student for exercising their legal rights. If you are offered the opportunity to sign up for a webcast, we will seek your consent. Registration data for Webcasts is provided to the Sponsor for the purposes of advertising their services. Where Meridian at Providence is required to assign a value to the data provided, we will always use a reasonable method to determine this.
